General Guidlines

Rules for the students:

  1. Every student is obliged to follow the instructions of the teachers.
  2. Student without discipline is not teachable, so compliance with the school rules is an obligation
  3. No student is allowed to leave the campus during school hours.
  4. Students must keep the school premises clean.
  5. Attendance is very important and absenteeism without medical reason shall be dealt severely which may also lead to the expulsion of the student.
  6. Disruption of class with a misdemeanor shall not be entertained.
  7. Students shall not curse or use foul and vulgar language, regular offenders shall be expelled from the school.
  8. No casteist, communal, or any other form of discriminatory remarks shall be tolerated.
  9. Bullying in any form is banned in the school, in fact, some form of bullying or harassment may be constituted as a criminal offense.
  10. Students shall use the recess time to use washrooms and drink water and void it during classes.
  11. No picnic or celebration of any form is allowed unless the approval/instructions have been given.
  12. Students are always supposed to wear their Identity cards.
  13. Students shall wear school uniforms with no jewelry, bands or any other.
  14. No tattoos, body piercing, long nails or nail polish shall be allowed.
  15. No make-up shall be allowed.
  16. No hair colour shall be allowed but the natural hue of the hair should be maintained.
  17. Girls shall keep their hair tied with black ribbons.
  18. Hijab is compulsory as a school uniform from class-I. Preschool girls may wear hijabs if they are comfortable.
  19. Boys should have decent hair-cut, no spikes and uneven hair length shall be allowed.
  20. Students shall carry all their stationaries, books and notebooks according to the prescribed daily routine.
  21. Students should mark their belongings and be responsible for them.
  22. They shall not carry valuables or cash to the school, and for any loss of it, the school shall not be responsible.
  23. Fulfilling the deadline for all the take-home assignments shall be met by the students.
  24. Students shall not carry mobiles, they can use school phones to call their parents in an emergency.
  25. Students shall not carry any gadgets, toys or contraptions.
  26. No junk food, cold drinks etc. shall be allowed to be consumed in the school premises. It shall be confiscated by the school authority.
  27. Only parents and authorized guardians shall be allowed to collect their wards from the school campus.

Guidelines for parents:

  1. Parents must ensure that their wards should reach the school/bus stop 5 minutes before the prescribed time.
  2. Parents are obliged to obey all traffic laws and shall not stop and drop their children on the street that may cause a traffic jam.
  3. Before bringing your children to school, make sure they have their stationeries, books and notebooks. School Shall not be responsible for dropping the kids at their home if the parents have not opted for school transport. They must be collected just after school gets over.
  4. Parents must monitor their children’s progress and make them revise their lessons daily.
  5. Parents must make sure their children use the restroom and make wudu (ablution) before they come to school.
  6. Wards cleanliness, grooming and hygiene must be ensured.
  7. Lunch boxes and water bottles and other belongings should be marked with their names.
  8. Parents ought to make sure that the students do not watch immoral and obscene videos/movies that may corrupt other students.
  9. Parents must morally guide the students to work on their righteousness and avoid sinful behaviour.
  10. Parents must foster in their wards, the love for the Almighty, His messenger, Quran and Sahaba.
  11. Parents should be careful to safeguard their wards from malpractices and immoral behaviour.
  12. Parents should sensitize their children to abstain from bullying, abusive language and harassment and to pay respect to all individuals irrespective of their background and identity. The school authority shall always respect your suggestions, grievances and complaints, so you are free to contact the concerned officials.
